Structured Peer Support Groups and Services

Our center offers community peer support groups for various topics and communities. Support groups are not therapy groups, though they are led by a professional. Support groups provide coping skills and bring together members with similar lived experiences to support each other and are centered around the importance and power of peer support. The group contributes to the healing process through attentive listening, encouragement, feedback, education, and shared experience.
