A Support Group for Aging and Older Adults
About This Group
Please join us for our upcoming Wise Aging Support Group for older adults. Aging brings both new opportunities and meaningful challenges, and a supportive community can help us navigate this stage of life with greater purpose, connection, and wisdom.

Through discussion and guided reflection, we will explore topics including, but not limited to, retirement and transitions, changes in identity and sense of purpose, forgiveness, grief, meaningful relationships, and finding renewed purpose. We will also create space to reflect on the many forms of loss that can accompany aging and the ways we can navigate these transitions with resilience, meaning, and connection.
This group offers a warm, supportive space to share experiences, connect with others, and learn from one another as we navigate the opportunities and challenges of aging. All are welcome.
This group is led by: Rebecca Millner, Clinical Intern
