Free Support Group for Graduate Students & New Therapists
About This Group
Struggling to balance the burdens of work, school, internship, new roles, and life obligations? This often leads to high levels of burnout and exhaustion for graduate students and new therapists. Join this free support group as we collectively encounter and transform these challenges.

The group facilitator will use techniques to build relationships, process shared experiences of burnout and frustration, and help group members transform their experiences.
Group open to graduate students or professionals in the healing/helping professions (counseling, social work, psychology, etc.)
Please note, while light sharing will occur during this class, this is not a therapy group. To explore our therapy groups, please visit our group therapy page.
