This introductory workshop will provide you with applicable ways to begin integrating and using the foundational tenets of IFS with your current approaches in therapy. We will cover important concepts and essentials of the model\, and learn about parts\, burdens and the Self. Join us and learn why it is said that “All Parts are Welcome.” \nThis workshop will be both didactic and experiential with engaging exercises.
