Providence Road Media\, PA 19063 \nFull Weekend Option: 20 CE Hours for NBCC\, and PA social workers\, counselors\, MFTs\, & Psychologists | 20 training hours provided towards experiential and psychodrama certifications. \nAbout the Workshop:  \nIn this workshop\, we will use action methods to explore attachment theory\, teachings from interpersonal neurobiology\, and learn sociometry/psychodramatic tools for exploring relationships. The self develops and exists in relationship to others. As humans\, we are social animals and our neurobiological wiring promotes attachment\, connection\, group membership\, and community belonging.  As mental health professionals\, relationships are the vehicle from which we work with our clients – and often the crux of the client’s concerns. Jacob L. Moreno\, the founder of sociometry and psychodrama\, was one of the first to challenge the medical model and suggest that mental illness is a product of relationships\, groups\, and society. Using Moreno’s sociometric system we will explore attachment styles\, social atoms\, and sociodynamics while employing psychodrama to promote psychosocial change. \n \nLearning Objectives: \n1). Identify four different attachment styles and their impact on behavior in groups and therapy. \n2). Explain the social atom theory \n3).
