In this workshop\, we’ll bring attention to challenging pathologies and explore behaviors and presentations that involve hardworking protector parts. Turning towards these issues with curiosity and compassion\, we’ll learn why there are “No Bad Parts.” We will explore ways to confidently work with them\, as we recognize the value and healing nature of befriending even the most extreme behaviors. \nThis workshop will be both didactic and experiential with engaging exercises.
