Unresolved emotions and vicarious trauma within therapists themselves can lead to significant challenges\, affecting various aspects of their lives. Regularly processing these emotions enables therapists to be more present and relaxed\, preventing past experiences from hindering their work and personal relationships. While burnout\, vicarious trauma\, and countertransference are inevitable in the field\, consistent attention to them can mitigate their impact on therapists’ professional and personal lives.
