This training workshop will introduce an overview of theory\, the model and basic principles of IFS and demonstrate them with both experiential exercises as well as didactic learning. For those with little or no knowledge of IFS\, as well as those with basic knowledge\, all will benefit from the experiential nature of this workshop. This workshop will be applicable for therapists working with clients in a wide variety of settings. The experiential learning structures include demonstrations of psychodrama and other experiential processes which often include (optional) personal disclosures from participants. While personal growth is often a byproduct of experiential learning in psychodrama\, the primary purpose of this workshop is training.
