Longer\, MSS\, LCSW\, CET II  \nAbout the Workshop: \nThis workshop will explore the roles and intentions of manager and firefighter parts within the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model. Clinicians who are new to IFS\, and those who are looking to deepen their IFS practice are welcome to attend. Material for this workshop will be presented both didactically and experientially. Participants will engage in getting to know their own manager and firefighter parts and building Self to part relationships. Participants will practice interviewing protector parts in small groups. Content on common protector fears will be presented. There will be an emphasis on asking for consent from protectors and working with protectors.
