About our Free Webinar Series:
This workshop is part of a series of Free Webinars hosted by clinicians at The Phoenix Center for Experience Trauma Therapy. This series will take place on the third Wednesday of each month on Zoom. Please register for each event individually.
Grief and loss are a somewhat universal experience in our lives. What is not so universal is the process we undergo in navigating life after loss. Grief is a process that is unique to the individual, and no definitive timeline exists for this process. Grief is not something one ‘gets over’, though it is something we can successfully get through. Many times, grief experiences have (ripple) effects that are seen and unseen in the midst of powerful emotion and the reorganization that occurs in experiencing death. By looking at the topic of loss, participants can gain comfort and confidence in intervention techniques, complete with a foundational understanding of the stages of grief, and how to attend to clients experiencing a range of emotions.
