Danielle meets clients with warmth, curiosity, and sincerity. She honors clients as the experts of their own lives while offering grounded exploration and thoughtful challenge.
As a Certified Experiential Therapist, Danielle integrates psychodrama, expressive arts, and experiential practices to support healing beyond words. Her approach is flexible and responsive, shaped by each client’s needs and strengths. Danielle offers a grounding presence that helps difficult work feel manageable.
Danielle works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, perinatal and postpartum experiences, and the lasting effects of trauma. Her previous work includes supporting survivors of interpersonal violence (IPV/DV), abuse, and torture. Rooted in a strengths-based lens, Danielle empowers clients with practical tools they can return to outside of sessions. Clients often describe her as nurturing, calm, and encouraging.
As a Licensed Social Worker, Danielle recognizes that healing happens within the context of relationships, environments, and systems. Grounded in an intersectional framework, she affirms and celebrates clients who identify as part of LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, immigrant, and religious minority communities. Danielle is committed to ongoing learning and reflection, supporting clients as they explore identity, build resilience, and reshape their stories with care and intention.
Danielle also offers intensives and 90-minute sessions for clients interested in extended work using EMDR, somatic practices, and expressive arts—allowing space for deeper integration and steady, embodied change.
