This presentation will delve into the mental health of immigrant and refugee communities, focusing on understanding the stages of migration to the United States, the various factors affecting their well-being, and effective ways to provide support. Attendees will gain insights into the unique challenges faced by these communities and learn strategies to foster their mental health and resilience.

  1. Describe the stages of migration
  2. Identify at least one example that is unique to the immigrant and refugee experience
  3. Understand at least one factor that promotes well-being
